We're Hiring a Camp Manager
We're looking for an experienced Camp Manager to join the Camp Evolve team and help us plan and deliver our international camps in Bulgaria and abroad.
Requirements
✓
Fluent Bulgarian
✓
English at C1 level or above
✓
University degree in Tourism with at least 1 year of professional experience in tourism; or a degree in another field with at least 3 years of professional experience in tourism
✓
Strong organisational and communication skills
✓
Confident coordinating accommodation, transport, activities and suppliers
✓
Comfortable taking responsibility and working in a fast-paced camp environment
✓
Available to work during our scheduled camp periods
Experience working with children, schools, camps or educational travel is highly desirable.

We're looking for enthusiastic international teachers to join our camp in Bulgaria. Every teacher must have a skill they're genuinely passionate about and excited to share with campers — whether that's a sport, an art form, music, drama, coding, or anything else that gets young people engaged.
Requirements & Qualifications

A skill or passion you can confidently teach to young people (sport, art, music, drama, coding, etc.)
✓
Fluent English, spoken and written
✓
Previous experience working with children or teenagers preferred
✓
Child safeguarding awareness or willingness to be certified
✓
Available to be on-site in Bulgaria for the full camp duration
